I have seen lots of examples on how to do that using Jquery. But they all have list predefined. What I need is to populate the cascading dropdownlist from xml coming back from web service call. And all data coming back is in the model. Here is the example of the xml:

<tns1:servicearea>sa1</tns1:servicearea>
<tns1:state>state1</tns1:state>

<tns1:servicearea>sa2</tns1:servicearea>
<tns1:state>state2</tns1:state>

<tns1:servicearea>sa2</tns1:servicearea>
<tns1:state>state3</tns1:state>

<tns1:servicearea>sa3</tns1:servicearea>
<tns1:state>state3</tns1:state>

<tns1:servicearea>sa3</tns1:servicearea>
<tns1:state>state4</tns1:state>

.......

Two drop down boxes will display service area and states depending on the values coming back from the ws call. Do not have any getters and setters defined in the model, since it is available in the model coming back from the ws call, should I?

Any help is much appreciated.
