I am trying to take one of my .NET applications into the AppHarbor cloud but so far I haven't managed to get a clear remote build of it on their servers. The building logs specify "not recognised" assemblies mostly, for example:

2>C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Common.targets(1605,5): warning MSB3245: Could not resolve this reference. Could not locate the assembly "Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Core". Check to make sure the assembly exists on disk. If this reference is required by your code, you may get compilation errors.

or

2>C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Common.targets(1605,5): warning MSB3245: Could not resolve this reference. Could not locate the assembly "EntityFramework". Check to make sure the assembly exists on disk. If this reference is required by your code, you may get compilation errors.

Did anyone encounter similar behavior while deploying to AppHarbor? I have followed all the specifications I could find, removed bin folder from repository and everything else they said as far as I can tell. Also, I had no problem running the application locally and on Azure.
